Organisational Development Consultant

We're seeking an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to partner with leaders across the business, translating strategy into practical people solutions that strengthen capability, culture, leadership and performance. 
 
This is an exciting opportunity for an OD professional who enjoys diagnosing organisational challenges, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering initiatives that create measurable business impact. 
 
About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organisational Development, you'll work across a broad range of organisational development initiatives, partnering with leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and embed sustainable change.
 
Key areas of focus may include:

• Leadership development and capability uplift
• Organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Team effectiveness and performance improvement
• Talent, succession and workforce planning programs
• Change enablement and organisational transformation
• Facilitation of workshops, planning sessions and leadership conversations
• Using people and organisational data to generate insights and inform decision-making

We're looking for someone who combines strong consulting capability with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in organisational development, HR consulting, culture, leadership, capability or change management roles
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering OD interventions and people initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and partnering with leaders at various levels
• Analytical capability, with the ability to translate data and insights into meaningful action
• A collaborative approach and a passion for improving organisational effectiveness
• Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related discipline
