We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our thriving service team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet customers warmly and manage the end-to-end service experience

• Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient daily workflow

• Liaise with workshop technicians and monitor job progress

• Communicate clearly with customers about services, costs, and additional repair recommendations

• Prepare accurate quotes, repair orders, and final invoices

• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with dealership and manufacturer standards

• Maintain a clean and professional service area

• Deliver consistent follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships

• Support team KPIs and maintain high MSI scores

Who You Are:

• Proven background in customer service (automotive experience highly regarded)

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations

• High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy

• Outstanding communication and time-management skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities

• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude

• Current driver’s licence and police check

• Prior Experience as a Service Advisor (advantageous but not essential)
