Electrical Apprentice – TECHFM

TECHFM has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team.

We specialise in a wide range of electrical and audio-visual services, including AV installations, communications, commercial electrical work, maintenance, cabling, equipment installation and technical support.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in both electrical and audio-visual technology and wants to develop practical skills across a variety of projects.

Working alongside qualified and experienced electricians and technicians, you will gain hands-on experience and training in areas including:

• Electrical installations and maintenance
• Audio-visual installations and equipment
• AV cabling and connections
• Communications and data cabling
• Commercial electrical work
• Testing, fault finding and troubleshooting
• Installation and setup of AV equipment
• Working with modern electrical and AV systems
• Safe work practices and industry standards

• An interest in technology, equipment and practical work
• Good mathematical ability

• Physically fit and capable of working in a hands-on environment

You will receive hands-on training, mentoring and support while working with qualified and skilled tradespeople, giving you the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in both electrical and AV work.
