We are looking for a Service Technician to represent the Malmet brand across the South Coast and ACT, working directly with customers to ensure their equipment performs at the highest level.

About the Role

You’ll be on the front lines of service and support, traveling to customer sites to:

• Install, commission, and service our range of washer disinfectors, warming and drying cabinets.

• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.

• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs.

• Build trust with clients through clear communication and strong technical expertise.

• Complete service reports and feedback forms that help improve our products and processes.

• Complete equipment validation in line with Australian Standards.

• Represent Malmet with pride and professionalism as a brand ambassador in the field.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience in servicing medical, commercial or industrial equipment.

• A current Electrical Licence or Disconnect/Reconnect Licence (or equivalent).

• Basic plumbing knowledge (desirable).

• Clear, confident communication skills and a professional, customer-first mindset.

• Ability to self-manage and work independently.

• Flexibility to travel across the South Coast and ACT region.
