The Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Gaming Attendants to join our energetic team.
If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. 

Key Responsibilities
• Delivering friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Handling cash transactions accurately and confidently
• Operating and maintaining gaming machines and Keno facilities
• Preparing beverages and simple food items for guests
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming venue environment
• Ensuring all RSA and RSG requirements are consistently upheld 

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and late night shifts up to 2am–4am
• A positive, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a similar gaming role
• Confidence in cash handling and transactions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Current RSA and RSG certificates
• Keno experience is advantageous, but not essential
