An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Attendant in our Gaming Department. It is the perfect role for experienced, fast paced customer service team members who have exceptional personal presentation and customer service skills. 

What you'll do:

• Perform all Gaming / Keno operational duties in accordance with Maroochy RSL's policies and procedures

• Provide a level of customer service that is courteous, helpful, friendly and efficient

• Have a strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards

• Provide efficient service, encompassing general bar duties

What we're looking for:

• Experience with gaming systems including Odyssey / TITO (highly desirable)

• Great customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

• The ability to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Current RSG Statement of Attainment

• Current RSA Statement of Attainment

• Current police check

• 1 - 2 years experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial

• Flexibility to work various shifts which includes weekends and nights
