We're looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Memberships Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences across our member programs.

About the Role

Working closely with the Global Learning and Development Director, this role ensures seamless execution across onboarding, program delivery, reporting, and engagement initiatives. The role plays a critical part in delivering consistent, high-quality experiences for members across APAC and EMEA.

This is a highly collaborative and hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and creating seamless member experiences, and who is looking for a natural progression pathway from coordinator to manager.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement Support
Coordinate and support all client engagement activities by managing meeting logistics, attending sessions, capturing actions, and serving as a key contact for member enquiries.

Events & Community Engagement
Plan and execute member and prospect events, managing logistics, communications, and in‑person engagement to strengthen relationships.

Sales & Business Development Support
Support sales activity through targeted prospect list management, outbound campaign coordination, research, and planning for sales trips and initiatives.

Mentoring Program Coordination & Management
Lead the full delivery of the Mentoring Program, overseeing participant management, matching, communications, tracking, and continuous improvement.

Reporting and Administration
Maintain accurate CRM and engagement records while producing reports, preparing client‑facing materials, and managing attendance, feedback, and quality control.

Operations & Systems
Act as the central coordination point for program delivery by managing data accuracy, system processes, operational responsibilities, and ongoing workflow improvement.

About You

You are an organised, proactive, and people focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional service.

You will ideally bring:

• 3+ years experience in a Membership Coordinator, Learning & Development Coordinator, or similar customer-facing role.

• Ideally experience working within the learning and development industry, associations, membership organisations, or professional communities.

• Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional member experience.

• Engaging and proactive communicator who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and members.

• High attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, reporting, and member management systems.

• A collaborative team player who is willing to support others and contribute wherever needed.

• Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to go above and beyond.

• Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

• Loyal, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Experience coordinating learning and development activities or programs will be highly regarded.

• Able to travel interstate as required to support member engagement activities, events, learning programs, and key business initiatives.
