As our International Freight Forwarder, you’ll be the steady hand at the helm, guiding customers through their import and export journeys. From coordinating end-to-end shipments to keeping clients informed every step of the way, you’ll make sure cargo lands safely while our customers feel supported and in the know.

• Managing import/export shipments in partnership with our global agents and service providers

• Handling LCL & FCL shipments from origin to destination

• Monitoring vessels and liaising with shipping lines, airlines, and consolidators

• Updating clients proactively on exceptions, delays, and wins

• Coordinating FCL & LCL cartage and customs broker communication

• Keeping our tailor-made software data sharp and accurate
