THE ROLE

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll welcome members and prospects, drive new memberships, support fitness goals, and work with the team to deliver an exceptional member experience. Your key responsibilities are:

• Deliver excellent customer service and build member relationships.
• Conduct club tours and convert enquiries into memberships.
• Follow up sales leads across phone, SMS, and email.
• Support marketing, club presentation, and daily operations.
• Work with Club Managers to achieve membership and performance goals.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
• Is confident communicating with a wide variety of people.
• Enjoys sales and customer service or is eager to develop these skills.
• Is proactive, reliable and self-motivated.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Can confidently work across multiple locations.
• Must be available to work evening shifts and Fridays and Saturdays.
• Is flexible to work additional shifts to cover annual leave and business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales (preferred but not essential).
• A passion for health, fitness and helping others.
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle (essential due to travel between clubs).
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
