Please note: Due to the needs of the business, applicants must be available to work evenings and Fridays and Saturdays. Flexibility to work across all three clubs (Mickelham, Epping North, and Craigieburn) is essential.

THE ROLE

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and prospective members. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming club environment, generating new memberships and helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll support multiple clubs and work closely with our leadership team to deliver an exceptional member experience. Your key responsibilities are:

• Welcome members and visitors with outstanding customer service.
• Conduct club tours and confidently convert enquiries into memberships.
• Follow up sales leads via phone, SMS and email.
• Build strong relationships with members and prospective members.
• Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
• Assist with club presentation, cleanliness and day-to-day operations.
• Complete reception and administration tasks.
• Work collaboratively with Club Managers to achieve membership and club performance goals.
• Provide support across our Illawarra clubs as required.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
• Is confident communicating with a wide variety of people.
• Enjoys sales and customer service or is eager to develop these skills.
• Is proactive, reliable and self-motivated.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Can confidently work across multiple locations.
• Must be available to work evening shifts and Fridays and Saturdays.
• Is flexible to work additional shifts to cover annual leave and business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales (preferred but not essential).
• A passion for health, fitness and helping others.
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle (essential due to travel between clubs).
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
