Luxury Fashion Sales Consultant - Part Time

Couture Menswear is Australia's leading custom suiting designers, specialising in weddings, special events and corporate suiting.  Our success is greatly attributed to our unique view on menswear and heavy European influence on style with showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. 

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Melbourne showroom. Currently we are seeking candidates who are available to work 15 - 25 hours per week (including Saturdays) for an immediate start. The position will involve mostly sales, admin, client communication and general retail duties.

This is a hands on fast paced role suited to someone motivated, detail-oriented and confident communicating with clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalised, appointment-led showroom experience

• Build rapport quickly and guide clients with confidence

• Manage and process client orders with precision

• Handle client communication via email and phone

• Conduct fittings and prepare garments (steaming, organisation and presentation)

• Maintain showroom standards to a premium level
  

Requirements:

• Confident exceeding targets and KPI's

• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail

• You take pride in your appearance and consistently present with a refined, fashion-forward sense of style

• High computer processing skills

• Possess a bubbly and outgoing personality

• Strong interest in fashion and tailoring
