Rate:

Up to $71.50/hr + super on all hours | Weekly pay
Roster: 2:1 FIFO ex Perth
Contract: Temp-to-perm with long-term opportunities
Accommodation: Minesite camp accommodation provided
Start: Immediate & upcoming starts

About the Role
NUCREW is seeking experienced Process Plant Operators for ongoing FIFO opportunities across multiple mining operations throughout the Pilbara and Goldfields.

You’ll be working within fast-paced mineral processing environments, supporting day-to-day plant operations and production targets while maintaining a strong focus on safety, plant performance and operational standards.

Duties Include

• Operating within mineral processing and fixed plant environments
• Monitoring plant performance and identifying or reporting operational issues
• Manual labour including hosing, shovelling and general plant clean-up
• Supporting safe and efficient day-to-day production
• Maintaining safe work practices and site compliance
• Working effectively within production and processing teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in mineral processing or process plant operations within the mining industry
• Current Driver’s Licence
• National Police Clearance
• Ability to perform physically demanding duties
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational standards
