The Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Care Floor Leader, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in engaging with the customers, managing inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer service experience.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Assist customers over the phone, and via email in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service to allocated contracts and sites.
• Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies.

 About You

• Proven experience in a customer service role in a contact center is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
