With the State and Federal battery rebates now in effect, we're experiencing unprecedented demand and need an experienced, capable administrator who can hit the ground running with minimal training.

You're the first point of contact for everyone who walks into our Osborne Park showroom or calls our office — and a critical link in how efficiently our sales team converts warm leads into appointments. This isn't a quiet reception desk; it's a busy, sales-driven front-of-house role at the centre of a fast-growing business.

• Greet and manage walk-in customers in our Osborne Park showroom

• Answer and qualify inbound phone enquiries, booking and transferring warm leads directly to our Energy Consultants

• Maintain and update customer records accurately in our CRM

• Follow up with customers post-sale to collect outstanding information and documentation needed to process their order

• Provide general administrative support to the sales team — paperwork, scheduling, and coordination between sales and installation

• Keep the showroom presentation-ready for customers and visitors

• Fixed hours, 8am–4pm Monday to Friday — no evening or weekend work

About You

• Proven experience in a reception, administration, or customer service role — ideally in a busy sales, trade, or retail environment

• Excellent phone manner and face-to-face communication skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• A calm, professional presence who represents the business well as its first impression

• Persistent and accurate when following up customers for outstanding information — comfortable chasing details without letting things slip

What We Offer

• $60,000–$65,000 per year, dependent on experience

• Fixed Monday–Friday hours (8am–4pm), no weekend work

• Full-time, based at our Osborne Park showroom, immediate start available
