About The Role

As General Manager at our Legana home, you will:

Lead the overall operations and performance of the residence Deliver outstanding person-centred care and resident experiences Coach, develop and inspire multidisciplinary teams Drive quality, compliance, safety and accreditation outcomes Manage occupancy, financial performance and business targets Foster strong relationships with residents, families and the local community

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated senior leadership experience in aged care, health or a related service environment Strong commercial and operational management capability Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of aged care funding and service delivery requirements Ability to drive change, continuous improvement and quality outcomes Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
