About The Role

Strong leadership experience within aged care, health or a related services environmentDemonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teamsCommercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance targetsKnowledge of aged care funding and regulatory requirementsProven capability to drive change and continuous improvement initiativesTertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
