Located in Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast, Batemans Bay Marina Resort offers a range of holiday accommodation options situated on a beautiful waterfront location overlooking the ocean. We are opening a new Indoor Golf Simulator with a bar and Mexican Restaurant!

We are currently looking for an experienced casual Cook to join our friendly team

The Role:

Your duties will include.

• Preparation of all food and ingredients including washing, cutting, chopping, slicing
• Assist in ensuring the kitchen area is well organised and running efficiently
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Perform any other duties relevant to the role as requested by the Chef
• Perform opening and closing duties as required
• Multi-task effectively during peak trading periods 

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Understanding of Australian Food safety Standards and Regulations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained
• Conducting general cleaning duties

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
