This is a hands-on role that combines technical support, systems administration, troubleshooting, asset management and project support. You'll play a key role in supporting our corporate team and wider network by providing exceptional service, resolving technical issues and helping maintain the reliability and security of our technology environment.

About the Role

As the ICT Support Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Harcourts' technology systems and infrastructure. Working closely with the IT Product Delivery Manager and ICT Operations Manager, you'll provide technical support across hardware, software, Manage the Harcourts billing system with respect to IT products, Microsoft 365 and business systems while contributing to technology improvement initiatives and projects.

This Brisbane-based role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work across a broad range of technologies while supporting people throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to corporate staff and maintain ICT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and system issues in a timely manner.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory and Exchange environments.
• Build, configure and deploy PCs, mobile devices, VOIP systems and peripheral equipment.
• Provide second and third-level support to the Helpdesk and franchise offices when required.
• Maintain IT assets, software licences and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and assist with cybersecurity investigations and threat monitoring.
• Work with third-party vendors and cloud service providers.
• Manage the Harcourts billing system with respect to IT products.
• Contribute to ICT projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research new technologies and provide recommendations to improve systems and services.

What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

• Experience providing IT support in a professional business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory and Exchange.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and desktop applications.
• Sound understanding of networking concepts and TCP/IP technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and threat monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach to service delivery.
