The role:
Working closely with the Manager People & Culture, this position leads the organisation's strategic workforce and organisational capability agenda, delivering contemporary people strategies and initiatives that strengthen organisational performance, leadership capability and employee experience. The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce, talent and organisational development frameworks, driving engagement, culture, leadership and capability initiatives that build a capable, inclusive, engaged and future-ready workforce. This role leads a small team comprising the Learning & Development and Talent and Inclusion portfolios.
About you:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or a related discipline.
Proven leadership experience across HR, organisational development, culture or people development within complex environments.
Some experience as a people leader.
Strategic people and culture and OD expertise, with a strong track record of developing and delivering frameworks, strategies, engagement programs and policies.
Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, employee engagement and performance.
Strong knowledge of contemporary organisational development practices, including leadership capability, performance, talent management and succession planning.
Highly developed problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and achieve outcomes across diverse stakeholders.
