Assistant Account Executive

PNOinsurance is a growing, privately owned insurance brokerage known for delivering exceptional service and practical risk advice to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Account Executive to provide dedicated support to one of our Directors and assist in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with existing insurance broking experience who enjoys building strong client relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team.

Working closely with a Director, you will:

• Manage policy administration, renewals, endorsements and new business processing

• Prepare submissions, quotations and renewal documentation

• Liaise with insurers and clients to provide high quality support

• Assist with portfolio management and client servicing activities

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders

To be successful, you will have:

• 2-5 years' experience within an insurance broking or underwriting support environment

• Broad general/commercial insurance knowledge

• Excellent administration and organisational skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

• Tier 2 qualification (or working towards completion)

• A proactive, professional and team-oriented approach

• Exposure to Winbeat and Officetech highly regarded
