Account Executive / Broker Support

As an Account Executive, you will support the delivery of high‑quality insurance solutions that help our clients protect what matters most and enable their long‑term business success.

This is achieved by working closely with Account Managers and Directors to execute renewals, new business, and policy servicing across complex accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in all aspects of service delivery.

Through strong internal and external relationships, disciplined execution, and a focus on meaningful client outcomes, you will contribute to portfolio performance, client retention, and Knightcorp’s reputation as a trusted adviser.

The Role

Working in a collaborative environment, you will be accountable for:

• Working closely with Account Managers and Directors to support the ongoing management of a high value client portfolio across multiple industries.

• Liaising confidently with insurers and underwriters to obtain terms, clarify coverage and support optimal placement outcomes

• Supporting the end‑to‑end execution of renewals, new business and mid‑term adjustments across complex enterprise insurance programs

• Preparing accurate, high‑quality submissions, documentation and correspondence that meet agreed timeframes and professional standards

• Maintaining strong system discipline and filing standards across platforms such as Winbeat and OfficeTech to ensure accuracy, compliance and audit readiness.

About You

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role

• A comprehensive understanding of insurance broking processes

• Tier 1 qualification (minimum)

• Experience using Winbeat, Sunrise, OfficeTech, or similar (desirable).
