The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quarry Weighbridge Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate weighing and recording of vehicles entering and exiting the quarry, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with company procedures.

This is a FIFO role with point of hire being Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with drivers to schedule deliveries to meet needs 

• Weigh and ticket all outbound trucks for correct loading, customer requirements and invoicing 

• Assist with other administrative duties as required 

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced administrative position

• Experience working in a medium size company

• Intermediate level Excel skills

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve work deadlines

• A high level of attention to detail

• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders

• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating with a strong team environment

• Positive attitude
