About you:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, HSEQ, Construction Management or related disciplines
• Be outcome focused with efficient communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• A passion for civil construction and exposure so construction work would be highly advantageous but no necessary
• Be someone who takes pride and ownership of their work with a willingness to learn and take on more responsibility as you develop
• An excellent attitude and awareness for safety, attention to detail and quality

 
You will be trusted to:

• Develop technical and non-technical skills, improve industry knowledge and best practice and experience varied aspects of the Engineering, Project Management, and Tendering functions   
• Assists with the management of planning, coordinating and controlling professional activities relating to projects. Including general planning, providing technical input and maintaining/updating contractual schedule/ program  
• Assists the management team in contract management activities, including tender’s specifications preparation, collaborating in subcontractor negotiation and supply agreement 
• Complete predetermined competencies within the allotted timeframe in order to progress through the Graduate Development Program
