Customer Experience Consultant

What you’ll do:

• Answering incoming calls in our busy, multi-franchise call-centre
• Creating and confirming online service bookings
• Contacting customers from CRM call lists
• Providing outstanding customer service and assistance
• Recording data and sending service reminders
• Handling general admin tasks as needed
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a call-centre environment will be highly regarded
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Organised, proactive and a team player
