McPhersons Parts and Service is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to take the lead in our workshop team. This is your chance to step into a key leadership role, support a great team, strengthen customer relationships, and help drive the success of our service department.

The Opportunity:

• Managing and coordinating the service department by leading a team committed to exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality work.

• Mentoring, motivating, and inspiring team members to consistently reach their full potential.

• Streamlining work processes to ensure efficiency while meeting industry standards.

• Maintaining accurate records of all service work performed.

• Supervising technical tasks, tracking progress, and conducting final quality checks upon completion.

About You:

• Possession of a heavy vehicle or agricultural trade qualification is advantageous.

• A current forklift license or willingness to obtain one.

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to a safe and clean work environment.

• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of Technicians and Apprentices.

• Experience in team management is advantageous.
