Are you a hands-on Senior Accounts Payable specialist ready to take a genuine step up into leadership?

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our day-to-day AP operations. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role offers a clear path for professional growth. With dedicated support, structured training, and clear guidance, this position is designed to develop your leadership, workflow optimization, and change management skills, setting you on a targeted trajectory toward an AP Manager level over the next two years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support an offshore AP team of three in Manila, setting daily priorities, monitoring workload completion, and resolving workflow bottlenecks.
  
• Accurately prepare, process, and upload approved vendor and supplier payment runs in a timely manner.
  
• Drive operational efficiency by encouraging ERP adoption across the business and escalating systemic approval or system bottlenecks.
  
• Manage the shared AP inbox, ensuring escalated internal and external vendor queries are resolved with high-quality customer service.
  
• Oversee vendor onboarding checks, employee expense reimbursements, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  
• Partner with the Financial Controller to identify process improvements, support audit requirements, and refine end-to-end payment workflows.
  

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of solid experience in a Senior Accounts Payable position.
  
• Prior experience or strong readiness to supervise an offshore/remote processing team.
  
• Strong working knowledge of large ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 is highly regarded).
  
• Proven accuracy in managing high-volume payment runs and maintaining strict financial controls.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  
• Experience within project-based or engineering consulting environments is desirable, but not essential.
