About the role

As the successful applicant, the Grill Cooks/ FOH Staff/Supervisors/ Burger Builders/ BOH Staff  will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant & help to create memorable dining experiences (preferably both in the kitchen and on the floor).

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• preparing/cooking food items according to standardised recipes & procedures

• ensuring food quality and presentation meets our high standards

• taking orders, serving customers, & handling cash transactions where needed

• maintaining cleanliness & sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant

• collaborating with team members to provide a positive & efficient work environment

• adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Full Australian working rights essential

• Relevant Hospitality qualification/s highly advantageous

• Previous cooking/waiting experience or similar preferred, but not essential

• Excellent customer service & communication/interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
