The Opportunity

• Full Time | Fixed Term until 28 February 2027.
• PW3 $64,076 - $69,189 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience plus 12% superannuation and leave loading.
• Location: Chadstone Campus.

The International Student Programs Department works with prospective students, education agents and stakeholders across the globe to support international student recruitment, admissions and engagement activities. Our team plays a vital role in helping students achieve their educational goals while ensuring ethical, compliant and student-centred practices.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop broad experience across international admissions, student engagement and recruitment support.

Whether you're an emerging professional, recent graduate or someone looking to transition into the international education sector, this position provides valuable exposure to the full international student journey, from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

No two days are the same. You'll engage with students from diverse backgrounds, support admissions processes, contribute to recruitment activities and build expertise in one of Australia's most dynamic education sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Customer Service Officer - Admissions, you'll be one of the first points of contact for international students considering study at Holmesglen.

You will:

• Support prospective international students throughout their study journey, from enquiry through to application, offer and enrolment
• Provide high-quality customer service to students, parents, education agents and stakeholders across multiple communication channels
• Promote Holmesglen's CRICOS-registered courses and provide accurate information regarding study options and admissions requirements
• Process applications, enrolments, course transfers, withdrawals, refunds and Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) administration
• Build positive relationships with students and education partners from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Maintain accurate records, financial transactions, databases and reporting information
• Support international recruitment and engagement activities including events, campus tours, school visits and agent training
• Contribute to a positive student experience while ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues across Holmesglen to support international student success

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Completion of Year 12, Certificate III or Certificate IV qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Current valid driver's licence
• Experience providing customer service, administration or stakeholder support in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Sound Microsoft Office skills and confidence using databases and business systems

We'd Particularly Love to Hear from You If You Have

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, education or other people-focused environments
• An interest in education, international engagement or supporting student success
• Experience working with culturally diverse communities
• Additional language skills
• A proactive approach and eagerness to learn
