Box Hill Institute | Part-time (4 days per week) | Fixed Term position
Join Box Hill Institute's Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) team as a Student Engagement Officer and play a vital role in supporting student engagement, retention and success through personalised guidance, pathway support and exceptional customer service.
This is a part-time (4 days per week), fixed term position until 18th December 2026 with a salary of $63,544 per annum (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation.

About the role
Based at our City Campus, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing students, supporting learners from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to achieve their educational, vocational and settlement goals.
Working closely with students, teachers, customer service teams and external stakeholders, you will deliver a high level of student support, course information, pathway advice and administrative assistance while helping to enhance engagement, attendance and student outcomes.
