What are we seeking?

We are seeking a team of Maintenance Shift Technicians to join our Maintenance Team. Working a 12-hour rotating day/night shift roster (averaging 42 hours per week), you will be responsible for maintaining our state-of-the-art facilities and production equipment, ensuring safety, reliable and efficient operations across the plant.

What will this role do?

• Perform planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown repairs on manufacturing, packaging and facility equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation issues to minimise downtime and maintain production schedules.

• Maintain and support sterile liquid filling lines, packaging equipment, process utilities, and associated production systems.

• Inspect, service and repair critical plant utilities including boilers, HVAC systems, compressed air systems and other facility infrastructure.

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automation systems, and Building Management System.

• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with cGMP, quality, safety, and environmental standards.

What are the qualifications and experiences?

•  Trade certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

• Current Western Australia Trade Certificate and relevant licence desirable.

• PLC, automation, or instrumentation training/certification desirable.

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device, food or FMCG industries.

• Demonstrate experience maintaining and troubleshooting sterile liquid filling lines, packaging equipment, and automated production systems.

• Experience supporting critical utilities including HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, purified water systems, stills and Building Management Systems.

• Familiarity with equipment qualification, validation, change control and deviation management processes is highly desirable.
