AUDIOLOGIST

About the role

Hunter ENT Hearing is seeking an experienced and passionate Audiologist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys providing high-quality, patient-centred audiology and is confident managing a broad range of adult and paediatric cases. You will be based primarily at our permanent Broadmeadow clinic, with opportunities to work across our visiting sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Comprehensive adult diagnostic audiology

• Paediatric hearing assessments

• Adult hearing rehabilitation and counselling

• Hearing aid selection, fitting, programming and optimisation

• Bone conduction and implantable hearing technology

• Assistive listening devices

• Management of complex hearing cases in collaboration with ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals

• Accurate clinical documentation and reporting

• Providing a high standard of patient-centred care from assessment through to ongoing rehabilitation

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Audiology with current clinical certification

• Strong clinical experience in both adult and paediatric audiology

• Demonstrated experience in adult diagnostic assessment and rehabilitation

• Excellent hearing aid fitting and verification skills

• Confidence managing patients independently

• Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine commitment to patient outcomes and quality clinical care

• Current Australian driver's licence
