Aztech Services is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. If you're a hands-on leader with a strong background in asbestos and hazardous materials, enjoy building relationships with clients, and know how to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doingManage multiple hazardous materials and asbestos removal projects from start to finishBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersLead project teams to deliver work safely, on time and within budgetOversee project costs, financial performance and claim managementCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site resourcesConduct client meetings and provide regular project updatesEnsure compliance with all industry legislation, regulations and company proceduresPrepare and review SWMS, site documentation and project reportingDrive a strong safety culture across every project
What you'll bringExperience managing projects within the hazardous materials or asbestos industryStrong knowledge of friable and non-friable asbestos removal, legislation and industry compliance requirementsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing project budgets, cost control and financial outcomesExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support site teamsA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a high attention to detailAn uncompromising commitment to safety
Highly regarded5+ years' Project Management experienceBackground in demolition or strip-out projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsExperience managing subcontractors and negotiating with suppliersKnowledge of older building structuresStrong commercial acumen and contract awarenessExperience preparing SWMS and project documentationA confident communicator who can lead client meetings and build lasting relationships
