Project Manager — Environmental Remediation & Civil Projects

EDCORP Project Solutions (EPS) delivers complex environmental remediation, contaminated soil treatment, asbestos abatement, and civil infrastructure projects across Victoria and interstate.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of environmental remediation and civil works projects, from planning and pricing through to execution and close-out.

The Role

You will manage the full project lifecycle across remediation and civil scopes, including planning, cost control, subcontractor and stakeholder management, and commercial outcomes. You'll work closely with technical, production, and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on program, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver environmental remediation and civil works projects end to end

• Manage project planning, execution, cost control, and stakeholder engagement

• Prepare project pricing, cost estimates, and commercial proposals with accurate rates, margins, and contingencies

• Develop and review scopes of work, methodologies, and pricing structures

• Apply strong working knowledge of AS4000 contracts (or equivalent)

• Manage subcontractor and supplier interfaces across remediation and civil trades

• Provide structured reporting on project delivery, program, and commercial performance

• Promote and uphold HSE standards in line with ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001

• Identify and convert new commercial opportunities within existing projects and client relationships

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience managing environmental remediation projects (contaminated soil, PFAS, asbestos, or similar)

• Demonstrated experience managing civil works projects

• Strong commercial and contract management capability, including AS4000 or equivalent

• Proven ability to manage project pricing, cost control, and margin outcomes

• Excellent stakeholder management skills across clients, regulators, and subcontractors

• A safety-first mindset with zero tolerance for compromise on HSE
