Client & Operations Manager

As our business continues to evolve, we’re introducing a senior, hands-on role at the centre of how we operate day to day. It acts as the operational concierge for both our clients and our team – ensuring everything is aligned and work flows as it should. This is a high-trust position for someone who brings structure, judgement and consistency in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

About the role

As Client & Operations Manager, you will act as the central coordination point across the business.

You will manage incoming client requests, coordinate subcontractors, support project teams and ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly. You will also play a key role in maintaining the standard of service our clients expect. The role often involves balancing multiple priorities and responding to issues as they arise. It requires someone who is organised, practical and confident taking ownership.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Coordinating client maintenance requests and follow-ups
• Managing subcontractors and service providers
• Supporting project teams with day-to-day operational needs
• Overseeing office operations, supplies and general coordination
• Maintaining clear communication across clients, suppliers and the internal team
• Using internal systems to track jobs, requests and progress

About you

You are someone who enjoys being relied upon and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.

You bring:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar coordination, office management or facilities role within construction, fitout, facilities management or a related environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, confident communication
• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
• A positive, steady presence that supports those around you
• The ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the detail

This role requires a working understanding of how projects and maintenance environments operate. Candidates without relevant industry experience are unlikely to be successful.
