Mortgage Choice is seeking a capable Loan Administrator who wants more than a back-office role.

This is not a “data entry forever” position.

We’re looking for someone sharp, organised, and confident with people, who wants to be trained into a customer-facing role over time under direct mentorship from an experienced broker.

About the role
This role will be based out of our Tuggerah office initially. As the right candidate becomes established and trusted in the role, there is potential to transition to a hybrid work arrangement in the future.

You’ll start in a traditional loan admin capacity, supporting residential and investment loan applications end-to-end. As you build competence and confidence, you’ll be trained to take on structured client interactions, with a clear pathway toward becoming customer-facing and potentially a broker in the future.

Key responsibilities (initial phase)
• Preparing and managing loan applications
• Collecting and reviewing client documentation
• Lender submissions and follow-ups
• CRM and compliance support
• Liaising with lenders, clients, and third parties

Progression opportunities
As you develop, the role will expand to include:
• Structured client calls (fact finding, updates, next steps)
• Managing repeat deal types using established processes
• Supporting loan structuring under guidance
• Becoming increasingly client-facing over time

About you
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and email
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
• Mortgage or finance experience preferred but not essential
