Expressions of Interest – Customer Service & Venue Operations Team Members

About the role

As a valued member of the Cowboys Leagues Club team, you will provide outstanding customer service, contribute to a welcoming and professional environment, and support the day-to-day operations of one of North Queensland's leading hospitality and entertainment venues. These areas are represented by attendant roles across the Club, including food and beverage service, gaming operations, retail sales, and supervision of children's activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests

• Deliver exceptional experiences across Café, Restaurant, Bar, Gaming, Retail/Team Shop, or Little Legends Kids Room

• Support day-to-day operations of the venue

• Contribute to a welcoming and professional environment

• Food and beverage service

• Gaming operations

• Retail sales

• Supervision of children's activities

About you

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Availability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

• Previous hospitality, retail, gaming, customer service, or childcare experience will be highly regarded

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

• Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)

• Food Safety Certificate

• Working with Children Blue Card (for Little Legends opportunities)
