Transport Administration & Office Support

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate and schedule transport jobs, ensuring drivers are briefed and workloads are balanced

• Monitor driver activity throughout the day and provide support to drivers

• Communicate with customers over the phone and via email regarding bookings, delivery updates and service queries 

• Enter job details accurately into internal systems and maintain up-to-date operational records

• Submit customer invoices and confirm accuracy

• Provide general office administration support, including call handling, and basic documentation tasks

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, dispatch or a similar operation role is beneficial

• Strong communication skills 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure

• Solid technological skills, with some familiarity in scheduling or booking systems

• Reliable, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

This is an entry-level position, with training in all aspects provided.
