We are currently looking for a Roller Shutter Installer to join our growing installation team.

We are open to either:

• Full-time employment, or

• Subcontractor arrangements

The opportunity is suitable for experienced roller shutter installers as well as skilled tradespeople who have the right background and attitude and are willing to learn.

• Comprehensive roller shutter installation training

• Installation videos, procedures and guidelines

• Ongoing onsite and phone support

• Consistent workload

• 45+ hours per week available, predominantly Monday to Friday

• Four weeks annual leave for full-time employees

• Travel allowances where applicable

Your responsibilities will include:

• Measuring roller shutters for installation

• Installing residential and commercial roller shutters

• Diagnosing and resolving installation-related issues onsite

• Ensuring every installation is completed to a high standard

• Communicating professionally with customers

• Keeping work areas clean and organised

• Assisting with roller shutter production when required

• Trade Background: Experience in a hands-on trade such as carpentry, cabinet making, electrical, mechanical, building, installation or a similar field is highly regarded.
