About the role

Phoenix Blinds is seeking a suitable candidate to join the team installing Blinds Shutters and Awnings on a full-time basis. Based in Albion Park Rail, NSW, this role is central to delivering high-quality installation services to our valued customers across the region. As an installer, you will be responsible for bringing our design solutions to life, ensuring every project meets our exacting standards for quality, precision, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position that combines technical expertise with professional customer service, making it essential to the success of our business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install blinds, shutters, and awnings in residential and commercial properties with precision and attention to detail

• Take accurate measurements and assess installation sites to ensure proper fit and functionality

• Prepare and set up work areas, protecting customer property and maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Operate and maintain installation tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Follow technical specifications and installation guidelines to guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction

• Provide professional customer service, addressing questions and concerns during the installation process

• Troubleshoot any installation issues and implement solutions promptly

• Maintain accurate records of completed installations and report progress to management

• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and delivery schedules

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies on-site

• Proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to use measurement equipment accurately

• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various positions for extended periods
