The Role: 

• Manage a diverse portfolio of SME, corporate and individual clients  

• Oversee workflow across compliance, tax and advisory engagements  

• Provide strategic advice including cash flow forecasting and business planning  

• Review work and delegate effectively across the team  

• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants  

• Work closely with Partners on client strategy and growth initiatives  

About You: 

• CA or CPA qualified  

• 5+ years’ experience in Business Services within public practice  

• Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation  

• Proven experience reviewing work and managing workflow  

• Demonstrated advisory capability and commercial mindset  

• Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills  

• Motivated, proactive and interested in long-term career progression
