Legal Counsel (Commercial Property)

Our client, a leading property development company now seeks a talented junior to mid level property lawyer to join the team. 

As a member of a high performing team and working closely with the business, you will play an integral role in supporting the organisation's continued success. You will be responsible for providing high quality legal advice and support across a variety of property related matters including retail leasing; acquisitions and disposals of land; and property development matters. In addition, you will provide support on strategic projects and larger transactions. 

The successful candidate will ideally be a commercial property lawyer with 4 to 5 years’ quality post qualification experience, including experience in retail leasing. The company values collaboration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an aptitude for building good working relationships, a proactive disposition that leads to practical and solution focused advice that delivers the best outcomes for the company.
