We are seeking a highly organised and proactive team member for a full time position, Monday to Friday at our Loganholme premises.

We provide ongoing support with opportunities for both personal and professional growth. We are looking for a motivated team member with computer literacy and mechanical aptitude that is seeking to help expand our warehouse and purchasing department.

Position Overview

In this role you will be part of a team that manages procurement, inventory control, and supply chain coordination along with receiving and inspecting goods, maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting our technicians.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a hands-on approach, attention to detail and problem-solving skills who would like to be part of developing systems that make an impact in our fast-paced environment.

Position Duties

• Accurately receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery dockets and accurately entering into software systems.

• Inspect goods for discrepancies, or quality issues and liaise with manager for direction.

• Coordinate with suppliers regularly on any delivery time delays, issues, damages and shortfalls.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders for dispatch.

• Prepare goods for transport, including appropriate labelling and documentation.

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.

• Stock rotation, minimizing waste and management of parts becoming obsolete and no longer used.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment in line with WHS standards.

• Manage allocation of ADS Equipment when utilised by Technicians.

• Manufacturing and assembling of roller shutters.

• Painting.

• Machine operation.

• Assist with workshop duties as required.

• Assisting technicians to load their vehicles with materials as required.

• Pick up and deliveries.

About You

• Previous experience as a Storeperson an advantage but entry level candidates with the right can do attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong computer literacy.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Forklift license would be a benefit (or a willingness to obtain one).

• Flexible and open minded to expand in the workplace

• Can do attitude and ability to problem solve on the go.
