1. Landscape Labourer

2. Landscape Team Leader

About the Roles

Working across a variety of commercial and residential sites throughout the South West, you will be involved in all aspects of landscape and grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing (ride-on and push mowers)

• Edging, trimming, pruning and hedging

• Weed control and fertilising

• Garden and grounds maintenance

• Planting and mulching

• Turf installation and lawn repairs

• Reticulation servicing and repairs

• Safe operation of landscaping equipment and machinery

• Maintaining clean, professional and safe worksites

Additional Responsibilities – Team Leader Position

• Lead, organise and motivate a crew of 2–6 employees

• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

• Coordinate daily work schedules and site requirements

• Train and mentor team members

• Complete site reports and communicate with management

• Ensure all required equipment is taken to and returned from each job

• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance requirements

About You

Essential Requirements

• Current C Class Driver's Licence

• White Card

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• WA Police Clearance

Team Leader Applicants Should Also Have

• Previous landscape maintenance experience

• Experience leading or supervising a team

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity

Highly Regarded

• WA Health Spray Licence

• Traffic Management Accreditation

• Reticulation experience

• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment
