About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise a small crew while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew.
• Perform lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and planting.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management.
• Complete daily job reports and ensure schedules are met.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in landscape or grounds maintenance.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural practices.
• Current driver's licence .
• Chemical application licence (desirable).
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
