Duty Managers

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our growing team at Bonnie Hotels Group.

This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing hotel operations during your shift. Reporting to the Hotel Licensee, you will lead the team, maintain service standards and ensure the hotel operates safely and in accordance with all relevant regulations.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations and staff

Leading the team and maintaining high customer service standards

Ensuring compliance with RSA, ARGC, liquor licensing and safety requirements

Managing customer enquiries and operational issues

Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness and standards

Assisting the Hotel Licensee with the smooth operation of the hotel

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Duty Manager in a hotel, pub or similar licensed venue

Current RSA & ARGC qualifications

Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills

Ability to confidently manage a shift and lead a team

Reliable, professional and hands-on approach

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Australian citizenship or appropriate Australian working rights is required
