Treatment Coordinator - Dental

Morayfield Dental Studio is looking for an experienced, confident and highly driven Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is an important patient-facing role for someone who is exceptional at communication, relationship building and guiding patients through significant treatment decisions.

We are looking for someone who can take a patient from consultation through to treatment acceptance and booking while ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident every step of the way.

The Role

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to provide patients with a seamless experience following their clinical consultation.

You will be responsible for:

• Building genuine rapport and trust with patients

• Understanding each patient’s goals, concerns and barriers to treatment

• Clearly explaining comprehensive treatment recommendations and next steps

• Presenting treatment fees, payment options and available finance solutions

• Helping patients navigate payment plans and eligible early-release-of-superannuation pathways

• Answering questions and confidently addressing concerns around treatment

• Creating personalised patient information and treatment-planning material

• Coordinating treatment acceptance and handover for appointment scheduling

• Following up patients who are not yet ready to proceed

• Maintaining exceptional communication and accurate patient records

• Managing your patient pipeline and ensuring opportunities are followed through

• Monitoring treatment acceptance and your own performance outcomes

• This is not simply an administrative position. Treatment Coordinators play a pivotal role in both the patient experience and the growth of our practice.

• Confident discussing comprehensive treatment and significant financial decisions

• Commercially minded and motivated by achieving results

• Comfortable working towards targets and performance measures

• Highly organised and disciplined with patient follow-up

• Able to identify the real concerns preventing a patient from proceeding and help find appropriate solutions

• Professional, polished and confident in a consultation environment

• Coachable and genuinely interested in improving their communication and treatment coordination skills

• Comfortable taking ownership of their patient pipeline and outcomes

• Experience in treatment coordination, dental, healthcare, consultative sales or another high-value patient/client-facing environment will be highly regarded.

Dental knowledge is advantageous; however, for the right candidate, exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, organisation and the ability to build trust are equally important.
