Student Receptionist

Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic ongoing full time Student Receptionist/Administration support to join the team at Gilson College, Taylors Hill.

About the role

The role of School Receptionist/Administration assistant is responsible for providing reception and administrative support in a professional and efficient manner, which will reflect the College?s mission, Christian values and reputation. The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and customer services skills along with high attention to detail.

The pattern of work is 38 hours per week over 46 weeks per year (Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4.30pm), with commencement ASAP

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification and experience in a similar role
• Working with Children Check

Screening Requirements:

• Reference checks will be undertaken including referencing your ability to work safely with children
• Position is subject to maintaining an Employee Working with Children Check
