Barista / All Rounder

Location: Crackerjack Beachfront – Keast Park Seaford, VIC

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / Front of House All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

This is a casual position offering 15–25 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours during busier periods and peak seasons.

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting all aspects of front of house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
• Demonstrating basic latte art
• Taking customer orders accurately
• Serving food and drinks
• Operating the POS/cash register
• Maintaining a clean and organised café environment
• Assisting the team wherever required to ensure smooth service

Skill & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a barista in a busy café or restaurant
• Confidence making consistently great coffee
• Basic latte art skills
• A friendly, positive and professional attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and punctuality
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
