About the Role

We're seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team based in Darwin.

Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams, you'll play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects by coordinating project administration, maintaining documentation and ensuring information flows efficiently across the project team.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and project teams.
• Prepare, maintain and distribute project documentation and correspondence.
• Assist with procurement, purchase orders and subcontractor documentation.
• Maintain project registers, records and filing systems.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes and project reporting.
• Support document control and contract administration processes.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist with project forecasting, invoicing and general administration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across project systems and processes.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Support or Construction Administration role.
• Experience working within the construction, engineering or infrastructure industry is highly regarded.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using project management or document control systems is advantageous.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team.
