We are proud to deliver high-quality, bespoke solutions and are looking for a dedicated APPRENTICE FABRICATOR / BOILERMAKER to join our dynamic workshop team in Bassendean.

An opportunity is available for a Fabrication/Vehicle Body Building apprentice currently completing their apprenticeship and wanting to transfer their training contract. Working with Fully Qualified Tradesmen at our workshops in Bassendean you will get exposure to heavy vehicle mining equipment.

The position on offer is full time.

Mature Aged apprenticeships will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Western Australian Certificate of Education with passes in English and Mathematics
• Currently completing Engineering (Heavy Fabrication or Vehicle Body Building) certificates
• Tickets in Forklift, Working at Heights & Confined Space Entry an advantage
• Mechanically minded with a genuine interest in the fabrication and welding trade
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to learn, take direction and follow processes
• Positive Attitude
• The ability to work well within a team environment
• Good time management skills
• Positive attitude towards safety, quality and housekeeping

Our SECOND-year apprentice rates start from $26 per hour (Junior) and $34.80 per hour (Mature Aged).
